If you learn something twice, doesn't that mean you're better at it than those of us who only learned it once?

Glory Glory Hallelujah!

So - how is school for all the kids? I was always really happy to get back to school. I guess I just liked that routine. And so will Annie. And so will you.
God bless you all.

Aunt RebeccaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326012714687495701.post-78194352869166596832007-09-05T23:58:00.000-07:002007-09-05T23:58:00.000-07:00Kisses and smiles are worth a thousand words, when...Kisses and smiles are worth a thousand words,
when words are scarce and quiet.
When silence is all that
escapes the lips
listen.
For it is in the kiss
that the sweet breath of love
floats on the currents of the heart.

Kisses and smiles
say so much more
than a thousand words.

And when a thousand words are thunderous
reaching out
crying out
shouting out
from beyond a darkened veil
a tiny light begins to shine
which grows
and grows
with every syllable uttered.
And we learn
to listen
not only to the words
but to the silence in between.

And may that silence in between
be filled with kisses and smiles.

-TAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326012714687495701.post-63990893695655031992007-09-05T14:49:00.000-07:002007-09-05T14:49:00.000-07:00good for annie! you go little princess:):):)uncle...good for annie! you go little princess:)

:):)

uncle jeffAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326012714687495701.post-27349115155672819352007-09-05T11:47:00.000-07:002007-09-05T11:47:00.000-07:00Praise God! And for those of you who actually think I'm LEAVING her at preschool....maybe sometime in May. So many people have already been blessed by Annie and seeing God work His miracles in her. There may well be cruel people in her life who try to make her feel "less than" but WE know she is MORE than... and there are a whole bunch of people who will do our best to help her KNOW that as she grows!!

Sue PowellAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326012714687495701.post-40537891251976800802007-09-04T23:58:00.000-07:002007-09-04T23:58:00.000-07:00Answered prayer is so beautiful, noisy and maybe a...Answered prayer is so beautiful, noisy and maybe a little stressful (it sounds like), but downright gorgeous none the less! Praise God!! And praise Him, too, for the respite the short bus will bring. I'll be praying for all of you as you all make all of the adjustments. (Life is a series of adjustments you know...........you get married, you adjust; you have a baby, you adjust; you get a new job, you adjust. I told my husband, Bill, my profound bit of wisdom one day and he said: "Hey, that would be a great ad for a chiropractor!" Happy adjusting.
Blessings and rest,
Terri
PS Ah, the Body of Christ....the original support group. Short bus and all. :) And...as far as ever being labeled "less than", Annie has 8 folks at home standing in the gap with her, and a whole church and extended family, so hopefully she'll never feel less than. She's a miracle. xxxooogretchenGretchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02576409086020993015noreply@blogger.com
