Today Annie has had less seizures, no vomiting, and is taking a nap as I write. Do you think we've turned the corner?

If Annie stays hydrated and has minimal (or no) seizures, we may get out of here by tomorrow night. We have an appointment later this week with neurology to discuss long term ideas for seizure control, but for now, things seem to be calming down.

Thank you again so much for your prayers--God is answering!

Thank You, Jesus, for answering our prayers. I also pray an abundant supply, equal parts energy and respite for Bill and Jean and the rest of the family. Please keep them in the palm of Your hand, I pray. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Jesus loves me,
This I know
for the Bible tells me so.

My heart's a stone,
weighed down with pain,
The days are long,
the nights - the same.

Get thee behind me, Pain of Life,
Get thee behind me, Sorrow, Strife,
Go down below, and be ye chained
Far from my heart, in Jesus' name!

Instead, I look with longing gaze
To heaven's life, unending days ...
Where peace will rule,
Where joy we'll share -
I've heard we'll have no sorrow there,

There each and every day we'll sing
Our praises unto Christ the King

Lift up your voice, your face aglow,
Jesus loves me, this I know!

When reading your post today, I started humming "O for a thousand tongues we sing..." So I looked up all the words and prayed several for you:
(Opening this link starts playing the music:
http://www.cyberhymnal.org/htm/o/f/o/ofor1000.htm)

O for a thousand tongues to sing
My great Redeemer’s praise,
The glories of my God and King,
The triumphs of His grace!

Jesus! the name that charms our fears,
That bids our sorrows cease;
’Tis music in the sinner’s ears,
’Tis life, and health, and peace.

Hear Him, ye deaf; His praise, ye dumb,
Your loosened tongues employ;
Ye blind, behold your Savior come,
And leap, ye lame, for joy.

Praying. I'm so sorry that you have to endure this kind of suffering, watching Annie be so uncomfortable.
Love,
Beth (OT Beth)
