Annalee Grace Sullivan was born on April 7, 2003 and lived the life of a playful, spiritually sensitive, musical child until she was 3 1/2 years old. On January 21, 2007 she suffered an hypoxic brain injury from a seizure caused by undiagnosed Addison's Disease. In spite--or because--of her physical and cognitive limitations, Annie was a blessing to all who knew her. She died on March 25, 2011, and today stands in the presence of Jesus--completely whole and without disability.

Annie's Headstone
Annie's headstone was installed today. We went over to look at it this evening. It's nice, as headstones go, but I wish we never had to design one for her.
If you live in the area and want to visit, her grave is in the Camellia Garden at Purdy-Walters/Floral Hills Cemetery. Her grave is southeast of the red flowering plum tree, which is southeast of the fountain. We always have pink flowers there.

:)
Beautiful!!
Her sweet smile is etched upon my heart till we meet again. Xxxooo
Thanks, Marilyn, Jeff, Paulette & Gretchen. Annie was precious, perfect (in my eyes!) and beautiful--and her smile is etched on my heart, too--thank you for your kind words. :-)
I wish you never had to order one either, but what a beautiful stone to honor Annie! And YES Jean, Annie was most definitely perfect, just as God intended her to be. Her impact (and yours!) on us will continue far beyond what any of us think!

Lovely! What a beautiful tribute.
You did the unwanted task in a beautiful, honoring manner. Nice way to memorialize your sweet daughter.
