A friend of mine, Jennifer Knapp, has put together a video to be shown at the National Association of EMS Physicians Conference in Tucson, AZ, January 12-14, 2012. Her goal is to have national standards put into place so that all medics and emergency room departments have Solu-Cortef--the emergency injection of cortisol that I carried with Annie all the time--on hand and readily accessible. As of today, some have it and some don't. Take a look at the video here.
