We have increased her calories almost up to normal, because she just wasn't making that transition to eating quick enough, and was losing weight too fast. And we are continuing with the program of sitting at the table at least 3X a day for 20-25 minutes, reading and taking tastes. I'm glad I have tools to keep her in a routine of at least touching the food, and sometimes allowing tastes, but it is slow going. Very slooooooooow. Do I sound impatient?
Meanwhile, I'm going to pursue the whole blenderized diet thing, because it has worked wonders on her gastrointestinal production. I'll spare you the details, but as Martha would say, It's a good thing.
I do appreciate your prayers--we need them!
Jean
Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 4:2

Jean,
Sorry to hear about the s-l-o-w progress, but glad to hear there's any progress.
Praying for an appetite for Annie and patience for you.
